A design-build firm will soon take the reins of a $1.2 billion transportation project long sought by Tampa Bay’s business leaders.
The Florida Department of Transportation will choose on Dec. 12 between the following joint ventures for the construction of the Westshore Interchange:
- Archer Western Construction and The Middlesex Corp., consulted by BCC Engineering
- Superior Construction and The Lane Construction Corp., consulted by WSP USA
