to Accept Citrus County as Economic Development Partner
On March 26, 2010, the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Partnership voted to accept Citrus County and the Citrus County Economic Development Council as an economic development partner in the organization. Citrus County will expand to eight the number of counties which comprise the Tampa Bay Partnership. READ MORE.

President Obama announces $1.25 billion award for High Speed Rail

With the monumental announcement of Florida being awarded a $1.25 billion "down payment" to build High Speed Intercity Passenger Rail System between Tampa and Orlando and ultimately Miami. Florida is now poised to lead our country into a modern, efficient and effective transportation future by building one of the first High Speed Rail system in America.
