Through a collaborative process with our leadership, investors and stakeholders, we have identified four priority areas for us to focus our forward efforts toward creating the model for prosperity and building on the advantages of our region in a global economy.
 Focus I:
A Vision For Regional Prosperity
We will continue our efforts to build a model for prosperity that balbances innovation, human capital, infrastructure, and quality places, workign through our Foundation and collaborating with diverse stakeholders in the region.
Focus II:
A Blueprint For Economic Development
We will develop a research-based blueprint for economic development to drive regional prosperity by identifying and supporting the region's strengths and by emphasizing innovation needed to diversify and strengthen our economy and fuel job growth for decades to come.
Focus III:
A Transportation Strategy To Support Regional Transit
Infrastructure is one fo the four key drivers of long-term prosperity. We must build on our success in transportation by implementing specific steps to secure funding from local, state, and federal sources and by urging development of mass transits systems that promote economic growth, ready acce4ss to jobsites, and quality of life.
Focus IV:
A Broader Advocacy and Leadership Model
In order for us to adopt, engage, and build sustainable regional prosperity, it is clear that we need influence in national, state, and local policy creation. We will extend our success in Florida with the Bay Area Legislative Delegation to the federal level.
